Request for Institutional Capacity Strengthening Proposals

The Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Collaborative Research on Grain Legumes (Legume Innovation Lab), administered by Michigan State University, is pleased to invite Institutional Capacity Strengthening Proposals from our Host Country Institutions.

As can be seen in the Request for Proposals, there are funds available to address critical needs of the host country collaborators that exceed the budgetary limits of current projects or to respond to special needs of the agricultural research institutions. The award process is competitive, with our Technical Management Advisory Committee making the selection of awardees.  We anticipate announcing the successful grantees at the upcoming Global Legume Researchers Meeting in Athens, Greece, in May 2014.   

U.S. PIs should work with their Host Country partners in the design of these proposals. There is a limit of one proposal per HC institution, per project.

Deadline for receipt of Proposals: April 4, 2014
